Bus Tour Highlights Atlantic City's Past, Present & Future
New Jersey Association of REALTORS® Housing Opportunity Foundation, Inc. (NJARHOF) sponsors tour focused on revitalization efforts
The New Jersey
Association of REALTORS® Housing Opportunity
Foundation, Inc. (NJARHOF) hosted its third
annual bus tour today, which focused on
redevelopment efforts throughout Atlantic
City. The tour was offered to attendees of
the Triple Play REALTOR® Convention and
Trade Expo. Triple Play, the region's
largest annual real estate convention, is
hosted by the New Jersey Association of
REALTORS® (NJAR), New York State Association
of REALTORS® (NYSAR) and Pennsylvania
Association of REALTORS® (PAR), Triple Play.

presents $57,158 check to New Jersey Community Capital
REALTORS® know first-hand
the difficulties many New Jerseyans
experience when it comes to obtaining
homeownership. Today, the New Jersey
Association of REALTORS® Housing Opportunity
Foundation, Inc. (NJARHOF) donated $57,158
to New Jersey Community Capital which will
go towards assisting a number of affordable
housing projects throughout the state.

promote National Homeownership Month, along
with REALTORS® from across the country, to
help make homeownership a reality for more
people in the Garden State. A
NJAR® Housing Opportunity Resource Guide
is available to help home buyers identify
different housing programs in New Jersey.

New Jersey Community Capital for the
Neighborhood Development Initiative
Predevelopment Loan Partnership Program. The
amount represents one dollar for each member
of NJAR®.

NJAR® Holds Fourth Annual Fair Housing
Poster Contest
Each year, the NJAR® Equal
Opportunity/Cultural Diversity Committee
produces the "Housing for All" Calendar with
proceeds benefiting NJARHOF. The committee
seeks New Jersey students in grades three to
six to submit artwork depicting a fair
housing theme.

Community Loan Fund
NJAR® has announced the formation of the
NJAR® Housing Opportunity Foundation, Inc.
(NJARHOF), a nonprofit 501 (c) (3)
charitable organization whose mission is to
create more opportunities for homeownership
in New Jersey. NJARHOF President and NJAR®
Immediate Past President Christina Clemans
presented the Foundation's first
contribution to the New Jersey Community
Loan Fund (NJCLF) in the amount of $47,252.
