trends, property conditions, and many other
aspects of a real estate transaction. From

American dream of homeownership.
For most Americans, buying a home or
business property is one of the largest
financial decisions you will ever make. Why
not trust it to a professional? According to
the 2007 New Jersey Profile of Home Buyers
and Sellers survey, 89 percent of home
buyers used a real estate professional
during their home search.
Selling Skills
REALTORS® play an integral role in helping
sellers navigate a sale- from making sure a
property is priced properly to preparing and
marketing the property. The 2007 New Jersey
Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers survey
reported that 77 percent of sellers used an
agent that provided a broad range of
services and managed most aspects of the
sales transaction.
In any market, pricing a property
appropriately is the key to staying active
and maintaining buyer interest. REALTORS®
can lend knowledge and skill in keeping your
property competitive.
Whether you are considering buying or
selling in real estate,
you have the opportunity to learn the true
value of a REALTOR®.

A REALTOR® is a real estate professional who
is a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF
REALTORS® (NAR). These professionals abide
by a Code of Ethics, which sets forth
standards of practice that include treating
all parties involved in a real estate
transaction honestly.
REALTORS® may be identified by the REALTOR®
"R" logo on a business card, website or
other marketing and sales materials. Only
real estate licensees who are members of a
local and state Association of REALTORS®,
and the National Association, may use the
term REALTOR®. Membership in the Association
consists of commercial and residential
brokers and salespeople, property managers,
appraisers, counselors and other real estate
professionals.
