 Archived June Webinars Are Great Resources for Members
On June 17, 2009, NJAR® hosted a webinar titled, "PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS: Top Ten," which was a high level summary of advanced professional standards training. Presented by Diane Mosley of the NAR Member Policy Department, the presentation offered help on identifying common professional standards pitfalls and challenges as well as factors that determine procuring cause, and reviewed potential changes to professional standards policy. On June 18, 2009, NJAR® hosted an additional webinar titled, "Mortgage Options in Today's Market." The webinar highlighted the many mortgage programs offered by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency (NJHMFA).
