NJAR^® Accepting Good Neighbor Award Nominations

June 30, 2009 - The New Jersey Association of REALTORS^® (NJAR^®) is currently seeking nominations of REALTORS^® who have acted as "good neighbors" through their dedication to community service. The NJAR^® Good Neighbor Awards recognize REALTORS^® who do more than help others buy and sell real estate in their community; they help by volunteering for charitable organizations.

State Officials and REALTOR^® Group Discuss Fixes for N.J. Real Estate Market

June 23, 2009 - Officials from the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (DCA) and the New Jersey Association of REALTORS^® (NJAR^®) today said the state has enormously important housing incentives available to first-time home buyers and that the programs are helping to invigorate New Jersey's housing market.
